The last days were unbelievable again … I´ve never seen such perfect conditions in the alps before.
After the last reset on thuesday the weather forecast made us happy with two bluebird days … so we got out to get some „work“ done.
And what should I say we got two perfect days with epic conditions.
Espeacially the second day was incredible … I´ve never seen so much stomped tricks in one session and it got me a shitload of bängershots.
So big thanks to Tom, Mario, Chris, Steve, Luka and the Winter 2012 for the uebergood times.

Over the last two weeks the alps got constantly hammered with ridicules amounts of snow … I´ve never seen so much in such a short time period. Over 2,5m in Zillertal and more than 5m(!!) in the Arlberg region. And the best thing is that we have a perfect snow buildup. Conditions like this are more likely for Canada, the US or Japan but surly not for my beloved alps.
Sorry Guys around the rest of the world this year we got the best deal with Petrus, Mrs. Holle, Ullr, Grandfather Frost or who else is in charge of the snow distribution.
Beside enjoying the Big Days myself for the last 10 days I had some „Deep in the Woods“ shooting Days with Peter, Tom, Luca, Flo and Mario which was the perfect combination of shredding Pow and get some nice shots of them. That´s the way every working day should look like …. Big Pow, good Spots and a lot of fun with my friends!!!

First I´d like to wish everyone a happy and healthy new year 2012 …. may it get even better than in your wildest dreams.
Between Christmas and the New Years Eve I spent some super nice and relaxed days in the Zillertal for some shredding and chilling … we had a lot of good days at the mountain with some sun and a lot of fresh pow at the last two days.
I didn‘t carry around my camera at the mountain but found out that the fog down in the valley is beautifully enlighted at night.
Sorry for being so silent the last weeks, but my life isn´t very interesting at the moment so there was not much to talk about.
But now the new season is about to kick off …. and I used the first snow in some towns to get the first snowshooting started.
Here are some spots we did the last few days …. and they worked out very well.

In april 2011 I was on the MBM Monstersession again, this year this get together of photographers and riders took place in the beautiful Silvretta Nova area in Austria.
It was a super nice week of slushy spring sessions, warm weather, a lot of beer and a bunch of extremely nice people.
Thanks again to Flo Achenrainer and Simon Holzknecht for their motivatet riding and MBM for the organisation of this superb week.
And getting two fullpage shots in the actual MBM Monstersession Issue is a nice goodie on top.
